Samuel's room

This is a two story 3br 2 bath townhome with one of the upstairs bedrooms available. The bedroom is, approximately, 14 x 12 with a large closet, hardline ethernet and coax cable connection in the room. Wifi throughout the house. Bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person. Common areas include the kitchen, living area, and upstairs side room. We have off-street parking, a fenced in patio, BBQ grill, working fireplace, recently remodeled kitchen and large screen projector with in ceiling sound system. The price mentioned is all inclusive of rent and all utilities.

Both of us (male and female in our 40s,) are in the tech/support industry, and either work remote or a hybrid. We’re both nerds and geeks who enjoy good food, movies, gaming, and the occasional night out trying a new restaurant/bar. We’re very chill and work well with people of all ages. We have two cats that are very friendly and affectionate. We, both, enjoy socializing and hanging out, or playing some games, but also value and respect privacy.
