Looking for a student or graduate student to share a house, no families, kids, or pets. The renter will have a fully furnished bedroom and will share a bathroom with one other renter. Utilities are included, and there is wifi and many streaming services on the TV. Full access to the kitchen and other shared living areas. This is a shared home I have a dog (a large 100lb mastiff mix). Beautiful backyard, with garden boxes, fire pit, and hammock. Easy bike commute to USM campus and a short drive to William Carey. A background and credit check are required. The lease agreement is for a 6 month interval, Jan. 2024- June 2024.

Hello! My name is Zoe, and I am a graduate student at USM. I own the house and live in the master bedroom with my boyfriend who is also a student at USM. I like to work out, cook, do random art projects, garden, and host game nights. I like to keep the shared spaces and especially the kitchen very clean so that we can all enjoy the space.
