• The house is in a 1350 sqft home that’s only two years old. • You’ll have your own bathroom for added privacy. • Fiber Internet, electricity, and water are all covered in the rent. • The home comes with all appliances that are less than a year old, ensuring convenience. Own AC unit in room.
- No pets (well depends on size and my dog) *must have decent credit

About me: I’m 39-year-old veteran and works as a software engineer from home. I share the house with my small dog! Love water sports, healthy eating, gym, and riding motorcycles, play video games, or studying. The area is peaceful, and is 10 mins from airport, malls, naval bases, downtown!! Theirs is Ring Alarm and cameras for added security .
