This Master bedroom is fully furnished with a California king memory foam mattress. The TV is 75“. Tile floor, if you have pets please keep them in your room and walk them outside. The main house has carpet which is not ideal for animals. You have a private entrance and private bathroom. All utilities included. Our electricity bill alone is $1000 plus per month. Couples are okay in this room as long as you guys don’t fight and argue which is disturbing. Must work outside for all utilities included. All parties will be background checked. Second person add $100 for utilities. If you have Pets, there’s an additional pet deposit. All deposits will be returned as long as you don’t break anything and clean up everything when you move out.
Please smoke cigarettes and weed out side. Must keep weed in your car or in an air tight container so no one can smell it.
All roommates have been background checked, they have all been there anywhere from three years to 12 years. They are all working professionals.
