looking for a roommate for the remainder of my lease (lease ends Aug 2024), recently lost my spouse and I can’t afford to break my lease. I have a 3 bedroom house with 2 spare bedrooms and a spare bathroom. Garage available for storage. Listing is for use of 2 spare bedrooms. 1 can be used for storage if needed. Fully fenced backyard. Full use of kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and internet. Access to park around the corner. Community pool and gym. I don’t have cable. Will need to apply through Progress Residential and receive approval before move in accepted. Progress Residential requires a application fee of $50 and $100 amendment fee to add a roommate. Female requested, NO Smokers. $1300 rent per month plus half of electric which ranges from $150 to $279 month depending on time of the year. Water, trash, sewer is included in the rent paid to Progress Residential.

Each new roommate will also need to complete a Lease Application and provide valid photo identification. If you are adding a roommate, once you submit this form, a Progress team member will follow up with you to gather more information.

I lost my spouse of 27 yrs recently and needing to find a roommate quickly. I am 47 have 2 loving dogs. I primarily work from home. I am easy to get along with. My hobbies are sewing and any type of crafts. I tend to stay home mostly. I like to keep my house clean and tidy. My two children are grown and live 3 hrs away with no other family closeby.
