Welcome to your cozy haven in Clarksburg MD. Your private room is on the first level of our house with three other rooms. We are a family of three my parents and I a university student. We travel often and would love someone who can keep our son company. Two rooms are also available together if you are a couple needing more space.
One of the best things about your room is the natural light flooding in through the large windows. It feels sunny and cheerful. It is a great spot to start your day with a smile or to relax with a good book in the afternoon.
You will have plenty of space to make your own. There is generous closet space and storage to keep everything neat and your living area tidy. We want you to feel at home.
You will share the bathroom with our son but he is away at university most of the day so you will have full privacy when you need it. You will also share the kitchen and since he is in classes until late evening you will have uninterrupted time to cook and relax.
Utilities are included in your rent water gas electricity and high speed internet so there are no extra bills. Our location is convenient and close to Hughes Walmart Target and many other shops so you can take care of errands with ease.
The monthly rent is fixed and not negotiable but we can discuss other terms that work for you. Please reach out as soon as possible to arrange a visit or to ask questions we are eager to find the right person quickly and have the room filled soon.
