LEASE TAKEOVER! DECEMBER RENT PAID! I am looking for someone (preferably female student) to take over my apartment lease at 21st and Bill McDonald Parkway AVAILABLE THIS MONTH! There are four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with three other female roommates. The room is unfinished, about 10x12ft including the closet, and carpeted (living areas are as well). You would share a bathroom with one other girl. The apartment is super close to campus (about a 6 minute walk to the rec center!) and bus stops. Laundry is onsite and about $4.25/load. Rent is 854/month (including utilities) but electricity is charged separately on a per month basis ($10-40, I’ve experienced about $15). Apartment is generally pretty tidy and quiet, all three other roommates are currently students and very respectful! Ideally I am planning to move out the week of December 11th so you could move in anytime after! Contact me with any questions or if you would like to discuss further details.
