About the room
Hi Everyone!
My roommate is getting married soon, and will be moving out in March. We’re looking to sublet her larger room starting March 1st. We live in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Albany Park, 7 min. walk from the Francisco Brown Line stop, right behind beautiful River Park.
Her spacious room is $800 a month, includes FREE HEAT and cooking gas. The only separate expenses are electric and Wifi. Unfortunately there are no additional parking spots available in the back, but there is free street parking on all the side streets nearby.
NO CATS allowed, sorry. I have two lovely birds (small parakeets) who would love to meet you! Looking for a roommate who is willing to communicate and collaborate to create a living space that feels safe, understanding, and respectful! Open to any background or religion. DM me for more info!
About the roomies
I am a friendly, accommodating roommate who has lived with lots of different people over the years! I love cooking, movies, and coffee.
