Rehoboth's room

This is a townhome, and I am looking to rent out the master bedroom en-suite, with walk-in closet. It is a furnished room, if you want it unfurnished just let me know. Utilities are not included and will be an even split. Available starting in December. There is plenty of parking, tennis court and a pool in the community. Currently living with two dogs. I am pet friendly, lgbt+ friendly, and cannabis friendly.
