Furnished room in a great, quiet location and recently remodeled. It’s a 3 bedroom two storey home within 1 mile of the 840 ring road in North Greensboro. The County Park is less than a mile away for walking and cycling and Lake Brandt is within an easy 7 mile drive. It’s within 4 miles to Cone Health and other health care centers. It’s a quiet neighborhood surrounded by similar family homes.

Restaurants and grocery stores are within a 3 minute drive.

There is ample parking on the driveway. You’ll have access to the kitchen, lounge and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The bathroom will be shared.

There is central a/c and heating. We have a dog (small and friendly), so you must like pets but we are not having additional pets stay.

Seeking someone who works outside the home, (no couples), a non-smoker, non-partier who lives a quiet, peaceful lifestyle, who’s easy to get along with.

You will have to pass a background check and the lease will be from 3 to 12 months.
