Bayrose Circle

It is a 3 bed/ 3.5 bath townhome, your room would be the master located on the 3rd level. A lot of natural light comes in from the large windows. walk-in closet and large stand-in shower. The common areas in the home come furnished so you only have to worry about your room. The front entrance and each room have keypad locks on them. There is street parking and usually, there is plenty of space in front of the house. The home is located less than 10 minutes from downtown in a quiet townhome community. There is a community pool, playground, and outdoor grills.

Currently, two other women are occupying the other rooms. They are quiet and clean and openly communicate. One of the roommate’s lease ends in January (if she decides not to resign you may get a new occupant). Occasionally they do work from home so as long as you are respectful of that. If I wasn’t moving to CA I would have probably stayed a bit longer.
