Room + office space with only one roommate! The house is located in Whittier (near the RiNo and City Park neighborhoods), and within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the Fuller dog park. There are several bus stops nearby and the Downing / 30th light rail station is less than a half mile away if you take public transit. The common areas are furnished, and the house has a yard and an oversize 2 car garage for your use. It’s a 3 bedroom house, but the third bedroom is smaller and can be used as an office / flex space. Since I typically go into the office, you would pretty much have that space to yourself.

The available, unfurnished room is upstairs, and you would have your own full bathroom. Note that the photos are from the original Zillow listing so do not show the current furnishings but provide a sense of the house.

You would just be living with me and my dog - I work as an engineer in manufacturing and go into the office most days (M-F, 8-5). I enjoy hiking, cooking, travel, and rock climbing, and would ideally have a roommate who is interested in exploring Denver and going on outdoor adventures! I’m a neat and quiet roommate and usually in bed by 11 pm.

Charlie is a 17 lb. Miniature Schnauzer who is non-shedding, fully house-trained, and great with other dogs (she would really enjoy a canine friend).
