Rent of ($850) includes utilities (Water/sewer, electric, gas, trash pickup & internet). Quiet street but close to public transportation and Highways. Great environment for military, a working professional, or a college student needing a place. There is a one time refundable deposit of 1.5 month’s rent. Looking to rent to a single individual.
