My husband and I are offering a comfortable room for rent in our 2-bedroom apartment in beautiful Carlsbad, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming home with various amenities and a great location just 2 miles from the Carlsbad beaches and across from the Carlsbad mall.

There are dozens of great restaurants close by as we are less than a mile away from Downtown Carlsbad. There is a Vons and Sprouts within walking distance.

Room Details:

Utilities: A portion of water, sewer, trash, and electricity will be charged based on a per-person rate. Wi-Fi: Spectrum Wi-Fi with the password provided at no cost. Parking: One parking permit for the parking lot, limited street parking available for additional vehicles. The move-In Fee is the security deposit.

Household Details:

No pets allowed (maximum limit reached) We have dogs and a school-aged child, so the roommate must be comfortable with both. Roommate will have their own bathroom accessible from their room. The apartment is in a great school district and a safe community.

Lease Requirements:

Any roommates will be added to the lease. Proof of income: Recent paystub demonstrating income at least 2.5 times the rent. References: Personal or professional references will be requested. A maximum of 2 additional people can be added to the lease due to occupancy laws.

We do our best to keep the place clean and well-maintained. We just expect the same. We even bought a robot vacuum and mop that cleans the floors daily.

The images are stock photos but show the version of the apartment, bathroom, and bedroom. We can provide more pictures at a later time. If you’re interested in the room, we’d be happy to schedule a meeting for you to view the room at a mutually agreed time and day.
