About the room
I have a Beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a gated community. I have a large 11x14 room with a large closet for rent with a shared bathroom with one person. Cable and WiFi in room. Washer and dryer and Kitchen privileges ( Light cooking only). Plenty of parking. Amenities include: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym, tennis courts and pool tables. House is very clean and cozy. This is not a party house. ( We do that elsewhere).
