Available now: Private unfurnished room and private bathroom available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on second floor of The Flats at Ten Mile. Room should easily fit up to a queen bed and small dresser.

Located near the corner of Ten Mile and Franklin in west Meridian. Close to I-84, Albertsons, Walmart, and Roaring Springs/Wahooz.

Apartment management will require you to join the lease, meaning an application and proof of income are required. Lease runs through January 2025 but you may sign on for a shorter period. There is no deposit other than a pet deposit if you have pets.

I am still unpacking myself, so the room will be empty of my stuff and put into storage.

Closet and bathroom are spacious. The rest of the apartment has a large kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer in unit. Most of the shared areas are already furnished with a couch, chair, TV, PS4, dining table and chairs. Plenty of kitchen cabinet and pantry space for your wares and food. There is also a balcony patio.

Utilities, including internet, are part of the rent price, so you pay a flat rate.

Covered parking or a garage is available, but the company will charge extra.

I’m a quiet and private but social and friendly divorced 42-year-old man with no children. I spend my days at work and my nights watching TV, reading, or visiting friends. I plan to take online courses next year so don’t be offended if I stay holed up in my room studying.

I love pets but currently do not have one, but yours are welcome as long as you cover your own pet deposit and rent.
