About the room
Hello! We are two roommates actively looking for a third to share our apartment in Culver City, very close to Mar Vista, Santa Monica, and Downtown Culver.
The property includes a GYM and the new tenant would get a PARKING space. The apartment has spacious rooms, and is newly refurbished. Please note that while there is not a dedicated common area, the private bedrooms have more than enough square footage for extra furniture, and there is a shared balcony and rooftop lounge! The bedroom itself is unfurnished but we have tons of extra furniture for you to choose from if you wish! Trash and parking are all included; tenants will be expected to split other utilities.
The surrounding neighborhood is chic, with tons of stores for shopping and grocery all within walking distance.
The lease agreement would be for one year (twelve months) minimum but we could swing a month to month on a must-need basis.
