Jenn's room

Great older home walking distance to Yorktown Beach. Shared well-stocked kitchen, large living room and dining room, laundry on site, screened in porch, sun room and nice yard. Private room with shared bathroom as there are two full baths in the home but no primary suite. Four bedroom house but only three would potentially be occupied. Rooms are modestly furnished. This room is a large private room with sizable closet. There is currently a full-sized bed, desk, dresser, small table, and shelving included but changes can be made if tenant has their own items. Prefer female but a great personality is most important.

Currently I am the only person on the property. My roommates recently moved out and I have made the rooms ready for new awesome people. I am in my 40’s but stay very active. I like to try new things, cook, travel, read, hike, take in the outdoors. I have a friendly ESA who I am working to get trained as a service dog as I need her to help me sleep, so tolerance of my fur baby is a must. I work an odd schedule which changes often. I like my privacy and will give you yours. I am not a party lover but do like to have friends over for a movie or dinner now and again. I am sure there are things I forgot, so feel free to ask.
