The room is 5 blocks away from the Myrtle/Wyckoff train station (M and L).

All utilities (gas, electricity, water & wi-fi) included except for summer cooling. That’s if you install an air conditioner in the room. If not, electricity expenses not require.

Looking for someone respectful, CLEAN & easygoing. Someone that is looking for something long-term and a place to call home.

You should have a job that can be proven or proof of means to pay rent on time.
