Recently reduced!! House located in Niceville, FL. The room is furnished with Small chest, 2 end tables, area rug, ceiling fan with very nice daybed with a headboard that has lots of shelves and places to store pics, clock, phone ect…..but can take out if you have own bed. I also have an inflatable type mattress if needed. This includes all utilities and internet. I also have a T. V. In the room. There’s Cox internet the fastest one they offer w/unlimited data, for streaming, gaming, or studying ect…..Military welcome. Close to both bases and EOD school. I don’t have a big deposit to move in. I’m also willing to work with you on the easiest way to pay it. It is truly a very clean and quiet place. And your privacy is always respected! Thanks

It’s myself I’m a female. And one male. I’m very clean and do the majority of primary house cleaning. I have own bathroom so there’s shared bathroom in hallway with guy. Which I also like to keep very clean. But of course you have a responsibility in that. Lol. I do my best to make my roommates comfortable and help out. I even have new extra linens for bed if needed. I know it’s never easy to move in somewhere where you don’t know the other party. Feel free to contact me with any and all questions. I am willing after the first month to allow rent to be paid according to your pay schedule. It often makes it easier on all parties. Also willing to work with you on deposit. Ty
