Oak Street

We’re looking for a new room mate to take over the mid sized room in our flat. We are a house full of working people mid 20s to early 30s age range. We like to treat the house like safe and peaceful place to come back to and relax whether you work from home or commute. We are **all Vaccinated **

The apartment is located on Oak street across the street from the panhandle. Very close to GG park, Haight Ashbury, shopping, grocery, bars, bus stops food, laundry etc.

The room is mid sized with a small closet - one of a few rooms in a long hallway flat. There are 5 bedrooms one bathroom which sounds hard but has always worked well as we like to keep it very clean. There is a large den and kitchen which are the shared areas as well as a back porch for plants and some sun. We are all pretty clean and respectful and ask that people do the same so that we can all live in a nice space that we share.

The house is a safe place where open minded and accepting progressive folks live. We don’t like to host the party, but we all have fun and like to have community in the house when we can. Its a great place to come back to and be peaceful, and we ask that those who want to move in please be respectful of the house and those who live in it.
