It’s a 3 bed 2 bath house. There’s also a big garage for “guests and lounging” and if you smoke. Big back yard and 2 car driveway. Deposit is only $200 and goes towards your first month. (I’ve had people who I held the room for and they don’t come through so now i require a deposit to hold) You’ll have keys in hand at that point.

I am laid back, super clean. I do have kids, they are gone Monday-Friday 7-7 & most weekends. The home is 420 friendly. Sundays are deep cleaning. I have a lot of BBQs on weekends and I have family over often. The weekdays are about business to me, and I have fun on the weekends.
