I want a clean and tidy roommate with a clean record, who is reliable with rent payments and will not smoke anything inside with the exception of vaping. I do not personally vape but it’s okay if you do. I am an amazing roommate because I am extremely clean. I do my dishes after I’m done eating and keep the floors and counters clean and I want a roommate who feels the same way about cleanliness as I do. I also want a roommate who has a reliable job and has kept a job for a long time. I am funny, love to watch movies, love to lounge by the pool when it’s warm, love yoga and going for walks. I am also a teacher so some days I may have no social battery and won’t want to talk but will at least say hi. I love to cook and share my creations as well.

I go to bed anywhere from 10:30-11 and would want quiet hours to start at 10:30 Sunday nights through Thursday nights out of courtesy for myself and my neighbors.
