The apartment is nice and clean, it has a dishwasher, fridge, oven and an on site laundry. Bedroom is spacious and has a decent sized closet with sliding doors. Bathroom is clean and a bit roomy, water runs perfectly for cold and hot, has good water pressure as well. It also has a balcony on the backside plus a free to use parking spot to use. I am a very laid back 23 year old Male, I tend to keep to myself when i am home. I work full time at a warehouse, which takes up most of my days. I try my best to keep the apartment clean and rodent free. I occasionally bring friends over, and I do my best to keep quiet and clean when i have them over
