Elm Street

The neighbor is Park Hill, that sit’s grandly-up, next to Denver’s City Park. Take some nice dog walks! Come home to a simple abode built in 1929….its a work in progress, I have just moved in her after, many years of this property being a rental property. But, things are coming together and all is working! The bedroom in the front of the house is for rent it’s a nice size and rents furnished w/ the most comfortable mattress!

I’m a Colorado native! I run a gardening business, creating NO-water landscapes. I don’t mind living w/ others, it actually makes me uncomfortable to have a bedroom-sit empty. I also like a well maintained home. It’s a half duplex that I own and would never want to disrupt the neighbor, who lives on the other side, she is nice.
