Welcome to our newly renovated four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with granite countertops, new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and a large backyard! Parking is super easy; we have a two-car driveway and there is plenty of free unzoned street parking (rare for the area). You will love the beautiful hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms, lots of windows, and recessed lighting throughout the house. There is a tankless hot water heater so you will never run out of hot water.
About the roommates: Everyone is aged 23-27, clean and respectful of common areas. The roommates love to cook, go out, get to know new people, and socialize. If you’re looking to make new friends, you’ve come to the right place. You will share a bathroom with one person. No pets at this time, thank you! Lease length is one year with the option to sublet your space at any time. You will have three roommates.
