Room is in a newer neighborhood in Sachse. There are lots of walking trails and parks if you like the out of doors. Also community pools. The home has spacious windows and it’s very light inside. Room has vaulted ceiling and double door closet. Kitchen features an island and generous counter space. Washer dryer available. Street parking.

I own the home and rent out a room to one other roommate. It’s a pretty chill atmosphere where everybody just does their own thing. I’m a lady who loves Jesus, fairly quiet, but also like to chat. I enjoy other cultures, gardening, music, books, and more. My other roommate is very congenial and considerate.
