Spare room for rent. All utilities included in rent (will add extra for excess of $100.00 in utilities). Quiet neighborhood. Street parking. The room is semi-furnished.

I am an Asian (Filipino). I recently moved in town. Will prefer to share the unit with an Asian or a Filipino. This is a friend’s place with a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. The unit is too big for me alone and to compensate for rent, I need someone to share the unit. The landlord is a friend of mine and she is open to have someone else in the unit so long as the renter is decent, responsible enough, neat with his/her stuff, organized, and respects privacy as much as I do.
