It is less than half the total rent because it is a bit smaller than the master bedroom and doesn’t include a parking spot.

A little about me: My name is John, I’m the only other occupant and stay in the master bedroom. I have been renting this apartment for 1 year but haven’t really used the second bedroom or bathroom at all so I decided to look for a roommate to save money. I’m 36 years old and work as a software engineer for a tech company downtown. I enjoy surfing, going to the gym, hiking, gaming and watching movies in my free time. I am an introvert, not into partying at all. If you’re into drinking or 420 sorry but it wouldn’t be a good fit.
