I have an empty room available for $850 this will not include your own bathroom. I’m willing to switch to the the other room and you’ll pay $950 for room with your own bathroom. This apartment is located directly on Tampa bay so it’s waterfront! There’s exclusive gym, tennis courts, swimming pools etc on the property. This is a very beautiful community and it’s very quiet. It’s also a no smoking community.
