Sublease includes the unfurnished large bedroom and garage spot of this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment at Woodland Reserve. The rest of the apartment is shared with me. (The rent is $922.50 and the garage spot is $75 per month = $997.50) The apartment is very spacious with a nice sized living/dining room, a kitchen with all new appliances (including a dishwasher), and a patio attached to the living room with a sliding glass door. There is a lot of closet space in the entry hallway and bedroom, as well as some more right outside the bathroom. Trash and sewer is included in rent, and the rest of the utilities would be divided equally with me (Somewhere around $100 ish for each person per month with heat/AC and internet). Coin laundry is right down the stairs from the unit and is shared with the building. Each unit has their own mailbox and packages are generally delivered right to the unit door. The unit is very pet friendly and majority of the neighbors own animals. There’s a small monthly fee for dogs and cats but smaller animals (like fish or reptiles) are okay to have without paying monthly fee. I am personally not comfortable living with larger dogs right now. Overall, the apartment complex is quiet most of the time and the people who live here are friendly. The E bus comes right to the apartment, otherwise most other bus routes come to the stop at University and Ridge which is about a leisurely 12-15 minute walk from the unit. The earliest move-in date is November 1st (after meeting to see if it’s a good match and doing all the paperwork) and the end lease date is May 31!

My name is Jaz and I am a 21 year old UW-Madison student studying Conservation Biology. In my free-time I love going to coffee shops and restaurants, playing board games and videogames, spending time with friends, and taking a good afternoon nap. I generally like to keep my living space on the cooler side and do enjoy to have at least a couple hours of quiet time to myself everyday. I enjoy going out, having board game nights or small get-togethers sometimes, but I would definitely not call myself a party animal. The other roommate here is Pancake, my friendly bearded dragon!
