Lower floor (1B1B) of a townhouse(3B3.5B) is available. You will have a spacious room, private living room area, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Kitchen and laundry are shared: kitchen is on the main floor, laundry is on the lower floor. There is a huge storage space as well. Parking space is limited, but your spot is guaranteed in the driveway. Utilities are not included; monthly payment is about $80 to $100 per person. No couples or kids.
