Jake's room

Green on 4th is a great apartment building in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis. The Green Line Light Rail has a stop that is directly kitty corner from the apartment building. There is a FreshThyme Market right across the street, as well as the Market at Malcolm Yards on the other side of the building. A stones throw away from UMN campus, Surly Brewing, and O’Shaughnessy’s Distillery. The available bedroom is 12’ x 13’ with a walk-in closet. (Please excuse the laundry in the pictures, bedroom will be completely empty for the new roommate.) And there is a bathroom available for that bedroom just down the hall.

I use a wheelchair and have a golden retriever service dog. I love watching sports. I’m a big fan of everything Minnesota, and a huge Michigan State fan. I’m also an avid reader and writer. I’m a good listener and genuinely like to connect with people in an open and friendly way. I am looking to connect with a roommate to create a happy and engaging atmosphere.
