Private unfurnished large guest room (182sf) with his/her closets, carpet, natural light, fresh interior/exterior paint , large bathroom tub/shower, plenty of storage. The home is peaceful with shade trees, nice neighbors, No drama here… I like a tidy kitchen/home; no dishes in the sink please; I clean up after myself as I go and I expect you to clean up after yourself when you move from room to room. Put things away when you see it out; vacuum, dust, clean your room, your bathroom, living room or kitchen if you see it needs to be cleaned or straightened up, don’t be afraid to lend a hand.
