Searching for roommate in 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse on the border of Concord/Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek.

Hello! My name is Mallorie and I am looking for someone to rent out a private, unfurnished room in my 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse in Concord. Rent is $1,100/month including utilities. You will have a private room(14ft x 10ft) that has a sizeable closet and will be sharing the full bath with one other person (me). The house includes in-unit washer/dryer and is a part of Colony Park Townhouse Association that includes a pool and ample parking.

Located in a very well-lit and safe area, the complex is right next to the Iron Horse Trail and a 15-minute walk (3-minute drive) to Pleasant Hill Bart. 680 freeway is also a 3-minute drive away.

I am looking for someone who is also a working professional and is friendly, easygoing, and respectful. In addition, someone who is diligent about keeping things clean and organized is a plus. No pets are allowed. $500 deposit and background check are required. Move in date is flexible.

Your only roommate would be me (25F). A little about myself: I work for a commercial real estate company in Walnut Creek and am 3 days in the office, 2 at home. I received my MBA about a year ago from Saint Mary’s. When I am not working, I love to travel, see live music, explore different areas around the bay (and beyond), and binge whatever new tv show or book series I’m obsessed with.
