We have a cute 4 bed, 2 bath house with a room available December 1st! It’s close to campus and old town, 700$ a month plus 50$ ish in utilities (varies slightly in cold months) There are 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms, as the basement is setup as a functional appartment.
About the roomies
3 of us girls all live here, all students. We’re very clean, and one kitty lives in the house as well. The house is comfy and quiet, we don’t host parties, but sometimes have friends for girls night / brunch. We’re all friends and we’d love to find someone to join the group! Also we will have a bedroom open for sublease over the summer!
