This is a 3000sqft, 4 bedroom home that is on over 1 acre on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are currently 2 female roommates, third roommate moving so we have a spot opening up. The bedroom is standard 9x11 with closet. Sharing bathroom with one other person. MUST LOVE ANIMALS. We have horses & cats ( outside) and dogs PLUS I run a pet sitting business so we are an animal friendly busy household. Would consider ONE SMALL dog💜.NO COUPLES NO KIDS. ( not even on weekends) NO SMOKING( even “ just outside“). Need first / last & 300.00 deposit ($1600) at signing - no holds. Rent included reasonable utilities ( heat wifi water power etc) .
