It may be a room for rent, but this is most definitely a home and feels like it! House is 2100 sq feet, 2 fridges. Large cabinets for food so you can also your own space. 75-inch TV in the Den with ceiling speakers for movies! I have a semi inground pool in the back yard. Fiber internet (1G speed) happy to give you a tour and see if it’s to your liking. I have 1 downstairs room available, but the house is a large 4-bedroom 3 full bath home. Large driveway that can fit 4+ vehicles. Downstairs room is carpeted has a ceiling fan. Room has all the basics someone could need, and I have extra Funiture that can be moved around as needed. Doesn’t mean you can’t add or remove stuff as needed. Bedroom layouts are not set in stone, can be moved around to your liking. Smoking outside is allowed, not inside the home. (Vapes I don’t mind as long as it’s not a cloud competition)

Current roommates are home owner (male 34 years old army veteran) 1 female in the upstairs room. I have my two kids (10/6) during the summer months, but they have their own room.
