The room that is available is the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment complex located on the 2nd floor. The apartment is located walking distance to CSUN. The balcony has a view of the swimming pool and the apartment has the following appliances included; electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The apartment has two assigned parking spots and each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, 3 closets, carpet, and a window. There is ac and heater thermostat. The living room is carpeted and the kitchen is wood vinyl. There’s a pantry included and an additional storage closet in the balcony. The area is located on Zelzah and Lassen! The rent is $2,725( divided amongst 2 is $1,362) bills would be divided which would include internet, power, and conservative fees(trash, water)

I am a pretty relaxed roommate. I respect boundaries and if there are any special requests that you may have in regards to living arrangements I am more than happy to help accommodate in whatever way I can. I prefer living with like minded people that have similar personality traits as myself. I’d prefer to live with females and I am looking forward to what’s in store on here :)
