Hello all, I own a 5 bd 3 bath home on .5 acre in Bonita Vista by Discovery Park and the Canyon trail system. I am starting a Co-Living home! Looking for other conscious, intentional, and professional people. We have 3 Available bedrooms. Rent is $1200/mo per room with all utilities included! Ideally looking for 1 year tenants, but open to shorter leases.
My partner and I are: Teacher and a Counselor In our 30’s 420 Friendly (and all the other friendlies in healthy moderation) Burning Man Enthusiasts Pet Friendly (Only well trained with a pet fee) Looking for other driven, creative, and like minded people to share a co-living space and make life that much more fun. Attached are pictures of the space. Yes. We are grown adults and have a trampoline and basketball court. 😝
