Hi I’m a single mom in need of a roomate. I’m putting my kid thru college and my rent got raised. So indeed of roomie preferable female. I can’t have anymore pets I have my daughters cat and that’s it. The bathroom is shared we have 1 full bathroom upstairs and one half down stairs. Please only serious roomies.
