Seeking housemate to share 4 bedroom 2 bath house in San Jose. You’ll have 2 private bedrooms (both currently furnished), the guest bathroom, and whole house access. Open kitchen, large living room, and a nice backyard space. Great neighborhood near Leigh HS. No smoking, no pets, and lease goes directly through the landlord so everything is on the up and up. We will split utilities and house cleaner.

I’m a widowed male, my wife passed away from Cancer in April. I’m a responsible, respectful adult, and Coach basketball at a local community college. Looking for housemate to share this beautiful home with that is also responsible and kind. No partiers or drug users. Ideally we can be friends or at least friendly and enjoy being around each other in the shared spaces. I do like to have friends over for a bbq or just to chill from time to time and you’re welcome to join. You should feel comfortable doing the same. First step is for us to meet to see if I think we could live together. Second step is to go through necessary background checks with the landlord to be approved to sign your lease with them.
