Driveway: enough for 2 cars, May have to work out schedule to move cars or pay more for private use of the driveway. Plenty of street parking for free.

Area: Quiet city neighborhood, 4 other airbnbs on the block Mostly original homeowners on half the street. Renters on the other half.
