Zephyr's room

Seeking roommate in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home with yoga/office room. Home has a huge yard with awesome redwoods and tons of garden potential. Also, close to Arcata Ridge Trail/Beith Loop and the neighborhood shopping center.You would share a bathroom and fridge with one other person. Pet potential and laundry on site. Available November 18 but move in date flexible. Roommate 1 is the landlord and currently not living in the area but may return at some point and visits regularly.

We don’t have a tv in the common space or smoke inside. There aren’t dirty bongs around and neither of us drink. We also don’t play video games.

The house is furnished so your stuff needs to fit in your room. There is plenty of storage for kitchen things though.

Roommate 1: 34 dude, Landscaper, Capricorn Lives in masterbedroom. Likes yoga, gardening, playing/listening to music (especially folk/country/bluegrass) and cannabis as medicine. When not working is on the trail or beach with his small Boston terrier mix. Deeply cares about healthy organic food.

Roommate 2 29 woman, social worker, Taurus. Enjoys mountain biking, yoga and time with her dog (a 30# bigger version of roommate 1’s dog). Also, cares about healthy food.

We both work a lot, eat good food and are super clean and chill. We are nice, grounded, working adults! The dogs get a long and are well cared for. We enjoy the backyard with friends, fires and having game nights/dinners. After work, we socialize while we cook and enjoy each other’s company but are also respectful of each other’s lives.

This is a queer/trans friendly house. Don’t be racist, sexist, all the things.
