Large/Spacious 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom house located in Dowtown Boise near the Football Stadium, Albertsons, Whole Foods, etc. Greenbelt Access 10min Walk. Looking for ONE FEMALE roommate that is 24 years or older and mature.

No smoking allowed on the property. I do not drink, but if you do, that is fine! No constant overnight guests. I typically do not bring anyone to the house and I don’t throw parties or have friends over late at night. I’m usually in bed by 9pm and wake up around 6:30am.

Costs: $700 Rent + Electric (Split - Varies monthly) + WiFi (Split - $30/each) Available: March 1, 2024 or sooner 6 Month Lease Okay :)

Please let me know if you’d like to come tour the house! You would have access to the third spare room to store whatever else you may need to or to have a workspace when needed.

I am extremely cleanly (I clean every Sunday), disciplined, and goal-oriented 27 year old College Student attending CWI (President’s List Recipient). I volunteer biweekly at St. Luke’s. I freelance and work from home, but have self awareness and am very quiet and considerate and keep to myself studying, working, and going to the gym daily. I would be your only other roommate. There is no one else that would be living in the third bedroom nor do I plan on filling the room, it’s used as an office space.
