You will have access to the common areas of the house to include the living room, office, large screen TV, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and outside patio. The home is located close to Sams Club, Costco, Albertsons, variety of fast food places and restaurants, and shopping centers about 5 minutes drive. CSUB is a short drive of 7 mins away. Utilities are included: gas, water, WiFi/internet, garbage, with the exception of electricity which will be equally divided between the other tenants, no alcohol drug, no smoking in or outside the home, and no overnight guests. But with small clean friendly dog companionship is acceptable. Requires a background and credit check, along with proof of income is required.
