Appliance NOT shared with tenant: Dishwasher. Parking available: Street parking only. There is plenty of street parking. Tenant(s) are welcome to host social gatherings in the back yard within local noise ordinance-allowed-hours.

Near a shopping center: Starbucks, Target, Nordstrom Rack, IKEA, Home Depot, USPS, Baskin Robins, Wing Stop, Panda Express, Mountain Mike’s Pizza 15-minute drive to Stanford University campus and Stanford Hospital (via Embarcadero)
