About the room
Amazing location that’s just a short drive from Carlsbad Village and downtown Oceanside. Everything you could need is just a short drive away.
The room is completely private and has its own attached bathroom. The building is a three story townhouse and very spacious. All appliances (laundry, fridge, dish washer, ect.) are included in the building.

About the roomies
I currently live with one other guy. I’m 31 and he is 29. We’re both very laid back, social and friendly. We also both work together at a winery and are typically out of the apartment by 9 and not back till around 8 or so. We also work weekends. I really think we’d get along well with whoever is interested in moving in though.
Our requirements for prospective roommates would be the following: keeping common areas clean, no drugs, and probably some other things but nothing is coming to mind at the moment.
