Rooms for rent! Perfect location! Townhouse Located near Southern and Dobson on the Mesa/Tempe border. -Near the Tempe canal, MCC and 10 minutes from ASU. -clubhouse has a pool. -safe, quiet neighborhood. -Home is furnished, except for the bedrooms. -5 month lease through March 31st, 2024. -If you are in good standing you will be welcomed to renew. -There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a shared bathroom stairs (master also has its own bathroom,)
Private room: 650 a month Master room/with private bathroom opening January 1st: 750/month
-House is kept clean -$600 dollar security deposit is fully refundable-I have refunded every tenant in full, thus far! HOA pays: Water, sewer and Trash
Tenant pays 20-35 a month for internet and electric (split 4 ways)
-The other 3 tenants are females in mid 20’s to mid-30’s -No Alcohol, smoking or marijuana is allowed on the property. -No pets *Owner is a licensed real estate agent.
About the roomies
All of the Roommates are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints (Mormon) Age range mid 20’s-mid 30’s). Being a member is not a requirement.
