Brittney's room

This is a 4br 2ba split level house with a front yard, fenced in backyard, laundry room and a garage. The bedroom I am renting out is the second largest room in the house located upstairs between the bathroom and the other bedrooms. It has 2 windows and a closet with no doors. Located near Karns. Utilities included! Free use of the washer/dryer! I will supply toiletries. No internet! Ignore the furniture in the pictures! I need to move that stuff to the garage.

I am a single mother to 3 children. My oldest is my son (9) and my other 2 are my daughters (6, 20months) The older kids have the other 2 upstairs rooms and the baby and I share the downstairs room. You will have full access to the other rooms in the house excluding the other bedrooms. You will use the shared bathroom upstairs.
