The bedroom I am renting out is the second largest room in the house located upstairs between the bathroom and the other bedrooms. It has 2 windows and a closet with no doors. Located near Karns. My oldest is my son (11) and my other 2 are my daughters (9, 4) The older kids have the other 2 upstairs rooms and my 4 year old and I share the downstairs room. You will have full access to the other rooms in the house excluding the other bedrooms. You will use the shared bathroom upstairs.
